A full coaching experience delivered through a rolling monthly membership, through the CENTRED app. Putting you at the centre of your health and fitness with me, your 'coach in your pocket'

With simplicity and sustainability in mind, this membership plan has been created to take away overwhelm. It is my aim to guide you and support you wherever it is needed most.

Many of my members have reported having positive mindset shifts around food and movement choices and I love providing this service.

Membership through the app includes:

  • habit tracking - steps and hydration

  • personal macro and calorie goals set by your coach

  • smart meal planner with 100’s of macro balanced recipes

  • fully instructed scheduled weekly workouts (3 x 30 minutes - minimal equipment required))

  • on demand workout library including beginners

  • in app coaching- text/voice and video

  • monthly in app check-ins

  • tips, information and advice

  • community group for support

    1:1 Health and fitness coaching sessions

    To include personal training and health coaching to the individual either in person at The Granary Studio in North Yorkshire or online.

    £55 - Initial consultation 75 minutes

    £50 - 45-60 minute follow up sessions

    £280 - 6 × 45-60 minute sessions
