  • A certified Health Coach with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and personal trainer. Business owner and mum of 3. Now in my working Nannie era. It’s all about energy and keeping things real.

  • I believe in keeping things simple yet effective. No hussle or extremes. Looking at individual health and wellbeing in a holistic way - the whole person not just one aspect of wellness. I believe we truly can thrive and find ease, joy and a smidgen of balance if we can get the basics firmly in place.

  • Whether working, building a business or running a busy household. I work with amazing women with big responsibilities who can find themselves struggling to create their own space. I support healthy weight loss, building a stronger body, perimenopause and ageing with vitality, putting their own wellbeing back at the top of the to-do list.
