Hi, I’m Vicki.

I’m a 50-year-old mum with three sons and a young granddaughter. I’m also a Health Coach and Personal Trainer specialising in helping women over 40 take back control of their health in a realistic, sustainable way.

Like many busy women, I’ve spent years balancing family life, home, and work while also navigating my own challenges with fatigue, burnout, anxiety, and hormonal changes. Through that experience, I’ve learned that lasting health doesn’t come from extremes or doing more — it comes from getting the basics right, simply and consistently, in a way that fits real life.

Now I help women cut through the confusion, rebuild trust in their bodies, and create practical tools that support their health, energy, and confidence long-term.

I believe that as natural nurturers, we often put everyone else first. But in order to truly support the people we care about, we have to look after ourselves too — not out of guilt, but out of strength and self-respect.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me walking my black Labrador, Robin, or enjoying a proper cup of Yorkshire tea.
